What's your vision? Feel free to share, color palettes, images of your space, and/or themes that you would like to explore.
Some clients come to me with a size or color preference and then leave the rest of it up to my creative inspiration, while others have a specific idea in mind.
Once I receive your email, we can begin the process of bringing your vision to the canvas.
We will discuss your budget and wall space to decide upon the right canvas size, color palette, for your painting.
Clients are asked to pay 50% of the painting price down to secure the commission spot. I also offer the option of paying in monthly installments via PayPal invoice.
PS. As a guide for commission pricing, my 2023 rate will be $550 per square foot. Additional costs may be factored in for varnish, framing, and/or custom sizes.
This is the part where you don't hear from me for 1-2 months, but don't worry. I'll be prepping, painting, detailing, and varnishing behind the scenes.
When your painting is finished, I'll reach out and send over the final invoice (including shipping fees). When the payment goes through, your custom piece will be sent out for delivery. I'll add the tracking info to your invoice so that you know exactly when it is getting to you.
Policy for the Return of Originals
Do not love your new artwork? If the original artwork does not satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package.
Unfortunately, after 7 days of I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Prints are not eligible for return.

Original Artwork Return Policy
Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. You are responsible for the cost of the return. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Art by Kitti Garaczi and are not fully satisfied, you have:
Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work.
Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work:
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact our email support at email@example.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you have already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact me for advice if needed.
Step 3 – Email firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the return process.
Once the piece safely reaches the artist, Art by Kitti Garaczi will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Damaged artwork caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email email@example.com to give us your order information.
